一九六三年中北美洲還有加勒比海冠軍盃（英語：一千九百六十三 CONCACAF Champions'Cup）係第二屆中北美洲同加勒比海聯賽个冠軍盃，對中北美洲還有加勒比海腳球協會主辦。由中美洲、北美洲還有加勒比地區之間个球會來爭取，係這區頂級个球會級賽事。

Difficulties in securing passports for Racing Club's playersin time for the 九月 final in Guadalajara caused the match to be postponed three times . After CD Guadalajara's protest to CONCACAF in 二月一千九百六十四 , the governing body declared that club to be champions , but changed their minds after a counter-protest , instead deciding thatboth legs of the final should be played within two months of 二四月一千九百六十四 . This decision caused CD Guadalajara to scratch from the competition because they were on a European tour during that period , so the title was awarded to Racing Club without any match being played .==參考==
