一九六三年南美自由盃係第四屆南美自由盃，係南美洲最頂級个腳球會賽事，由南美洲腳球協會主辦。

Eight teams were drawn into two groups of three and one group of two . In each group , teams played against each other home-and-away . The top team in each group advanced to the Semifinals . 山度士，thetitle holders , had a bye to the next round .
