一九八三年中北美洲摎加勒比海冠軍盃（英語：一千九百八十三 CONCACAF Champions'Cup）這係第十九屆中北美洲同加勒比海聯賽个冠軍盃，由中北美洲還有加勒比海腳球協會主辦。由中美洲、北美洲還有加勒比地區之間个球會來爭取，係這區頂級个球會級賽事。
