一九六七年中北美洲還有加勒比海冠軍盃（英語：一千九百六十七 CONCACAF Champions'Cup）係第三屆中北美洲同加勒比海聯賽个冠軍盃，對中北美洲還有加勒比海腳球協會主辦。由中美洲、北美洲還有加勒比地區之間个球會來爭取，係這區頂級个球會級賽事。

北美洲區

The zone was scratched and \ * 費城烏克蘭人 advanced to the North / Central American Zone Final as they were the only entrant .

中美洲區

第一圈

• 阿里安沙 and 奧羅拉 advance to the second round .

第二圈

• 阿里安沙 advances to the North / Central American semi-final .

中／北美洲區決賽

• 阿里安沙 advances to the CONCACAF Final .

加勒比海區

Group Stage

• All matches played in Kingston , Jamaica .
• 莊尼哥倫比亞 wins group stage , advances to the Final .

總決賽

• Due to each team having won one match ,a play-off was needed .
