一九零五年巴布亞法令

《一九零五年巴布亞法令》（英語：Papua Act 一千九百空五）係澳洲議會个一項法令啊，主要係愛摎巴布亞領地對英國移交分澳洲。法令个詳題係《目的在接受英屬新幾內亞係澳大利亞聯邦還有政府管轄下个領土法令》（An Act to provide for the acceptance of British New Guinea as a Territory under the authority of the Commonwealth , and for the Government thereof）。 法令正式將巴布亞納入澳洲个海外領地， 並一直有效，一直到《一九四九年巴布亞摎新幾內亞法令》通過後，巴布亞摎新幾內亞合併。
